FREE TEEN RUNNING SESSIONS

Every Wednesday at Riverside Sports Arena, young athletes from across South Ayrshire can take part in our completely free coached running sessions.

Designed for secondary school pupils, these sessions focus on improving speed, endurance and overall fitness in a fun, supportive environment.

Who Is It For?

These sessions are not just for runners.

Whether you take part in Functional Fitness, Hyrox, football, rugby, hockey, athletics or simply want to improve your fitness, these sessions will help you become a fitter, faster and more confident athlete.

No previous running experience is required.

What To Expect

Each session is professionally coached and designed to help young athletes develop:

• Running technique
• Speed and acceleration
• Endurance and aerobic fitness
• Confidence and resilience
• Teamwork and training habits

Athletes will train alongside other young people from across South Ayrshire, creating a positive environment where everyone can learn, improve and challenge themselves.

Important Information

All participants must register before attending.

Athletes under 16 must have a parent or guardian complete the participant waiver before attending their first session.

Places are free, but registration is required to ensure we can safely manage numbers and communicate important updates.
